Now What?

I've reached the end of the rope. I need some advice. Now what?

Where do YOU go when you can't stand where you're at any longer?

What do YOU read to get going - to keep going after that dream?

What do YOU do to get it together and get over yourself?

This may or may not be the kind of help your looking for, but here are some ways to find help for any of your business enterprises:

and Sandra Sims, another great small town gal, wrote a follow up for ways to find help for your nonprofit:

Honestly? On a day like that when life leads me down the wrong road - and believe me - it happens! My best choice is to fix myself a cup of coffee, indulge a bit in my sadness and go outside to get some serotonin. Sometimes simply taking a break from our personal torture relieves a lot of stress - going outside in daylight increases serotonin in our brains and helps us to feel better. After being out in nature for a while, it's usually better and I can jump back into the business of life.

When all else fails, I fall into my husbands arms when he comes home and know tomorrow will be another day.

Keep your chin up my friend!

Thanks Shawna - I'm sitting here basking in the sunshine now and feeling the warmth. I have a problem with SAD and you are so right, the sunshine makes a world of difference. It's good to know what other people do when they reach the end of their rope!

When I reach the end of my rope...I dust myself off again and get back on the same horse that bucked me off.

I try not to think and increase my activity. When I get moving....the rope increases. Even if it means to simply WALK around like a fool!!

p.s. one extra note...I don't read the newspaper, watch television, or listen to the radio....they are rope cutters. Fill that time with motivational material.

We can always tweet up to share different resources for that material...book lists, CD's, suggestions..
